The 1020 Hydroponic Microgreen Propagation Kit comes as a 4 Piece package, which is compatible with most substrates used to grow microgreens, it works especially well with Medium grade Perlite, Hemp mats, reusable Silicone Mesh Mats or the new Food grade Foam Mats.

All the above being Inert substrates, you will need to add a supplemental plant food like Liquid Science Microgreen plant food. This will enhance both yield and flavour.
